By accessing or using Chem SampleHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Chem SampleHub is a sample request management platform designed for the chemical distribution and specialty chemicals industry. The Service allows sales representatives to submit and track sample requests, and allows administrators to manage, approve, and process those requests.
Access to the Service is by invitation only. You must provide accurate information when setting up your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Chem SampleHub is offered on a per-company subscription basis. Each company you register can be on its own plan — Starter (£15/month), Growth (£25/month), or Unlimited (£30/month). A 30-day free trial is available upon registration. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: uploading malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Meecarigno Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meecarigno Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
